<p>इस प्रकार का करंट प्रवाह अचालको में होता है अचालको मेंन तो मुक्त इलैक्ट्रोन होते है और नही उनमे चालक करंट प्रवाह  सम्भवहै परन्तु उनमे विधुत वाहक बल लगाने पर उनके परमाणुओं कीअंतिम कक्षा के इलेक्ट्रोन्स पॉजिटिव सिरे की और जाने का प्रयास करते है इस प्रयास में परमाणु में इलैक्ट्रोन्स का झुकाव पॉजिटिव सिरे की और हो जाता है। अब यदि विधुत वाहक बल की दिशा बदल दी जाए तो इलैक्ट्रोन्स भी परमाणु में अपनी स्थिति में परिवर्तन करते है अर्थात उनके झुकाव दिशा बदलती की  है। यही स्थानान्तरीय  करंट है। <a href="http://electronicgyan.com/what-is-capacitor/">कैपेसिटर</a> में इसी प्रकार का करंट प्रवाह होता है।</p>
